Mrs. Nadine Wellington
Director of School Ministries (Principal)
Mrs. Wellington holds a Master’s Degree in Supervision and Administration from Johns Hopkins University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Towson University. She has completed past–graduate courses at Lincoln Christian College. Mrs. Wellington was employed by the Harford County Public School System for 20 years, including 13 years as an administrator both in elementary and middle school settings. This is her eighth year serving as Principal of MCS.
Mrs. Donna Rea
Elementary Assistant Principal
Mrs. Rea holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Towson University as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Frostburg State College. Additionally, she has completed course work at Lincoln Christian College. She was employed by the Harford County Public School System for 33 years prior to joining the staff of MCS in 1999.
Mrs. Traci Olson
Middle School Assistant Principal
Mrs. Olson is a graduate of Greenville College in Greenville, Illinois, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education. She has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels and has previous administrative experience. She has been a member of the MCS team since 2003.
